WTF is SSPN? They ask me to fill the sspn pin number, but i dunt have any clue what is that?

exm: several student in my class got the money last week,but not me.. asked my fren also same,, their class only 1-2 person only got the payment but not others. or college control money for student which ptptn already give to them? |
