QUOTE(harriet112 @ Mar 12 2012, 11:04 PM) i going to study degree in july and i want to apply ptptn. i have to pay the fee in the 1st semester already, how to get the ptptn loan in the 1st semester? because i heard normally v wil only get ptptn loan in the 2nd semester??? am i wrong???so v need to pay ourselves 1st? They do give u on the first semester. It's better if you can open an SSPN account now, and apply PTPTN the soonest you get your university offer letter. After submission succeeded , they usually give you the money in a month time. Added on March 13, 2012, 12:40 amQUOTE(Kennynoob @ Mar 12 2012, 08:09 PM) Hi , Could i knoe how much do i nid to deposit to open a sspn account at cimb bank ?? QUOTE(CheeKeatz @ Apr 16 2012, 07:10 PM) maybe this sounds stupid, can i deposit money into my ptptn bank account? I'm sure you can, it's just like any other bank account, cimb, bank islam, etc. You're free to withdraw the money anytime from it as well, as long as there's enough to cover for uni fees.

QUOTE(vuiloong93 @ May 25 2012, 01:56 AM) I would like to ask something here. I'm currently taking a level now and i will finish my course end of this year. So can I apply for PTPTN for degree with my A-level result? I believe so. But you need the (local uni) degree offer letter first before making the application.

QUOTE(Jounouchi @ Jun 2 2012, 10:05 AM) 3. May I know how to fill this? NAMA PROGRAM/KURSUS PTPTN? 4. What is NO. MATRIK? 3. The diploma/degree course that you are applying. 4. Matric number = student ID number. Usually you can find it on your diploma/degree's offer letter sent to you by the university.

QUOTE(lesliechan19 @ Jun 4 2012, 11:09 AM) Hey there, i have a problem here. I have applied for the first batch of PTPTN this year, and it is diluluskan, and i have submitted everything and waiting the loan to send to my bank account. Anyhow, i did not receive the loan until now, is anyone facing the same problem as i do? ): Did you receive the sms or email stating it was diluluskan? When is the stated that say it lulus already? Normally after said diluluskan, the money will be banked to u after 21 days (-/+ 3-4 weeks). If after 4 weeks still don't receive, phone ptptn HQ. Though different uni may have different duration, who knows. This post has been edited by hirano: Jun 5 2012, 01:03 AM

QUOTE(LordReaper @ Jun 15 2012, 08:32 PM) Hi guys, I wanna ask what is the differences between 1st batch application (deadline 15 Jun) and 2nd batch application (deadline 30 July) ? Is the amount of loan and commence date same? amount of loan the same, not sure what u mean by commence date. 1st batch, 2nd batch usually for those who applied early, and those applied a bit later. If my uni, those first batch will get the money first, and 2nd batch later.

QUOTE(AppleForMyLife91 @ Jul 21 2012, 10:28 PM) Hi there, i want to know, if i did not get GPA for 2.0, i cant obtain my ptptn(Long semester) already right? then for next semester if i get over 2.0, it will auto reimburse the money? or i need to apply again? i think let say you fail to get >cgpa 2.0 on sem 1. Sem 2 you will get money, but sem 3 they will stop your money. But when sem 2 and 3 you get more than 2.0 cgpa, they continue back your money in sem4 without you re-applying whatever.

QUOTE(xinmay @ Jul 22 2012, 11:31 PM) Hey.. Any idea when 1st payment will be disbursed? I am going to apply for ptptn now.. And i have a few questions.. Help is appreciated 1. If dad self employed, the borang pengesahan is needed right? If I give my previous school pengetua chop can? Instead of whatever YAB 2. If ptptn reject, can reapply? And when? I'm not financially stable.. So i really need it 3. How much max I can borrow? Currently pursuing degree in multimedia in uum. loan will be banked-in about 3 weeks after your application diluluskan. You will get sms/email notification if all's ok. #3 - depends on your parents combined income. You will either get full loan, or partial loan.

QUOTE(xinmay @ Jul 22 2012, 11:46 PM) Combined income around 2k. Possible to get a full loan? And how much? Does it follow the cost of my degree, or I can just borrow the max? It says max 6.5k per year in the ptptn website Combined 2k, should be able to get the full loan. It follows the cost of degree + enough for your food and books. So for our uni, 3 years course (if business) will get around 19-21k total loan. I forgot the exact amount.

QUOTE(Krevaki @ Aug 7 2012, 01:13 PM) Okay, so today I went to PTPTN website, filled in my details and clicked 'Daftar'. (see first picture) The website returned error 404. (see second picture) DAFUQ? Anyone know what went wrong? Hmm have you tried using other browsers? Internet Explorer especially, since government website optimized for this. If cannot also, means the server jam. QUOTE(Kirill0201 @ Aug 7 2012, 04:37 PM) hello,i got a question that different U/college have to open up different bank acc?possible use other bank acc for the ptptn? Yes, different uni will have different bank account. Contact your uni for this, and ask to open account in which bank.
