this is a prepaid card. you will have to load funds on it before using, like touch n go. Since it is in the US, you will have to find a way to load it in US currency.

Everytime you use it in Malaysia you will lose money for the currency conversion. In fact you will lose money twice. Once when you load the card, and once when you buy in ringgits.

Maybe good to have just for collection, but not practical for daily use.

You need to find out what are the terms and conditions of payment. And if it will affect your monthly statement's billing.

In general, you can say interest for 10 months is 3.6%pa. So, if you ASB yields a higher interest than that, then it is more profitable for you to take the flexi plan.

But you must be confident in your own discipline to be able to make payments on time. Late payments are usually punished severely in these cases.

if they want to charge you for it, just tell them to cancel the card and move on.
