I want to ask whether is it easier to get approval when you apply for maybank credit card at their treatsfair?

Actually maybank should not say 2hr approval, apply at 12 noon till now still no sms. Luckily i didn't wait for the stupid card to be approved

Last year, during November, HSBC gives an extra bonus of point worth 134k to me, and I didn't know why and i didn't question also, i thought they make a mistake, the next month the point remains in the statement, i quickly redeem it. Come to think of it, maybe its my birthday month.
