It's your phone's firmware or some apps problem...try taking out your memory card then boot...if cannot, try this...when phone is off, connect to charger, wait for white screen to come out then remove charger, then when screen goes black, on your phone, then when white screen appear, plug in your charger, then wait...might be able to boot

it doesn't matter where its made.. so i guess u needa change ur product code..google for more information specific to your phone.

no tatto, then good. Bcos those got tatto is Telco locked set, very riaky to update FW.

Just bought this phone for RM750 (ORI, avvax) at lowyat plaza last week. After that the seller insist that I must get 4GB memory card and trade with my free 2GB memory card for RM100. She also offer free screen protector, pouch and free antivirus. I took the offer pay RM100. She gave everything but antivirus. She told me that the antivirus can be download after register at Ovi.

At home after register at Ovi, I cant find the antivirus software. Can anybody help me to find it?

sorry to say this but you overpaid for the phone. u can check the link below for the market price. screen protector can get other places. pouch.. already included. free antivirus.. what for? 2GB to 4GB? for RM100, u can get more than 4GB. and the antivirus can be download after register at Ovi? no idea abt tat.. anyone?

One question, anyone know why does it mean by the small symbol nearby network that appear every time I'm connecting to internet. As far as I know this phone doesn't have 3G..

it could be E (EDGE).. what's the symbol's like?

sorry.. no 3G. 5800 got, 5530 no.

Yeah small capital 'E' nearby network level on top left of my phone.

Feel being con by the salesgirl. She told me the only different between 5800 and 5530 is video call. Since I dont use video call so much I opt for 5530. Now really regret because 5530 didnt support GPS..

video call = 3g....
5800 = have GPS

after 3months, still happy to using this phone....

I've been using this phone before switching to C6.

Some facts about this phone....

-this phone does not have 3G support
-this phone does not have integrated GPS, BUT....it supports Bluetooth GPS and ovi map, means u can pair bluetooth gps with this phone.

and some lil answer for previous questions, don't try and use 16gb on this phone, unless wanna see some "siput" speed. tried class 6 8gb, already feel the phone slowing down. LOLz....
