Hey, just checking in here - do recent batches of the 5530 still have the rattling problem?

Got this phone yesterday..now waiting for certificate for my fon..but the firmware is v 20.0.080..is it the latest?

yup...that's correct..

RM754 for Original set and Ap set is RM630.

pardon my ignorance but can I ask what do you mean by certificate?
why does your phone need any certificate?

its for "hacking" purpose so that we can use any 3rd party application..

any latest firmware update for this model?

HI, i want to sell my AP set of 5530. i just bought it for a day as my gf gift. but she doesnt like it at all. she is bad with touch screen phone. selling at rm600 ,full set.

Something like after full charge, the screen LED will on until u unplug the charger...

To all 5530 users, any popular known problems identified in this phone?

after I installed the updated version/firmware..my phone's reaction was better..but the Messaging menu, when you press Options, it's kinda slow compared to the previous version..and I cannot install my newly downloaded applications in .sisx format..it is just my phone or has something to do with the updated version/firmware..

Hi guys, is there any new users of nokia 5530 face the freeze problem???
This fon is great but only problem is the bugs that make the fon freeze ... som says 1 day freeze 6 times ... gosh .... horrible leh =(

did u experience this urself or u hear/read oth ppl's experience? im using this phone since launching.. rarely freeze.

Well my cousin using it and she did complain about the freeze...

It'll be irritate if the phone freeze while u're making a call =.=

did he update the firmware? latest update should already fix that problem..
so far mine never freeze..

hi, ive been using 5530 for 6 months already. now the problem im having is whenever sms entered my phone, it didnt trigger tone/vibrate/notification at all ! all i know is the sms is in my inbox when i checked manually.. someone having this problem?

Hooray! Finally, a new version.

However, it's not available in NSU yet. We just have to wait for Nokia to release it officially.

If you've checked, you will realize there are 3 versions available: Version: 30.0.008, 30.0.009, 31.0.001
This is somehow odd. A typo perhaps?
