any problem while taking nice photos? cos i think this lens does not have ois on it. its kinda attractive.. but cos of this make me think either take this lens or pana 45-200mm ..

I did use a tripod + 10 sec timed shot, perhaps my setting is not right. The 70-300mm and my GF1 has no IS. And what ISO to use?

Ya I guess they cropped it. My shot is not clear due to long shutter and ISO I guess.

I used manual focus with the help of the 10x magnification, but the image is kinda hard to adjust due to vibration.

70-300mm is way heavier than the GF1. I had GF1 on tripod but the lens will bounce slightly if I manual focus. A slight movement of the lens will cause the object move out of the view finder.

new E-PL1 user signing in.

Got my E-PL1 for 3 days now and loving it to bits. The art filters especially diorama and pinhole just take my breath away. I guess my d90 + 17-55 f2.8 will be lonely for quite some time haha.

I got just one question. Is it possible to shoot in pinhole mode using monotone? I think cannot.
if its possible it would be great. me just lazy to post process.

I don't think the art filters can be stacked with other colour settings.

Damn .. why GF1 no art filters, but can stack 3 films (called Multifilms) together.

I'm not sure what you meant but I think you never used any E-Px?

Art filter is like its name suggests. It acts more like a lens filter. Meaning that the art effects can only be seen on a newly captured picture.

I'm bad at explaining. Maybe this can give you some rough idea and hopefully someone else can explain it better than me.

Sorry Multi film doesn't "stack", it just take (saves) up to 3 different types of film settings (Standard, Dynamic, Vibrant, Nature, B&W, Nostagic, etc) in a single button shot (errmm not sure is it like bracketing need 3 different shots). Need go back to check haha:P

The E-Px's art filters are like a post-processing within the camera itself, so you no need use photoshop later. Same goes with all those film/image settings
