I posted a parcel to penang yeterday morning using poslaju.

Today I check using the tracking system and it says it does not exist.. The dude told me it should arrive today.

Pos laju online tracking system is down since a few weeks ago.
Better go to the nearest pos laju center and ask them to check the tracking number.
You should demand them to call you when the items arrive since their tracking system down for such a long time already. vmad.gif mad.gif

i have an EMS parcel from japan.they send it out on today.usually when will arrive?it will be handled by poslaju right?means if i'm not at home when they send the stuff to me,i can call them for 2nd delivery?
*
Not sure whether they will do 2nd delivery or not.
It's best to call your nearest pos laju center and give them the tracking number to check.
Self collect there also.

The cut-off time is stated on the yellow Pos Ekspress mailbox if not mistaken. Mostly around 3pm-4pm. smile.gif
*
Just go to the main collection center, I'm sure it will be very late.
The one at Pejabat Pos Besar Alor Setar is at 5PM.

Anyway, the postman will not come and collect from the yellow box on time. They are late so you can still post after the cut off time hoping that the postman not yet come.

It will remain the same, next day delivery, regardless whether you post it at 8.30AM (right after the pos office open) or at 6PM (before the pos office close).

How much do pos laju pick up service charges? if no company but want them to come my house to pick the parcels how much they charge?

I saw at the website said Rm2 per pick up.. is it true?
I'm sick and tired of going to post office to post many many parcels everytime and get scolded from some uncles and aunties who is waiting to pay Bills!!
*
Yeah, it's RM2 per pick up and that if they are willing to go your place.
Call your nearest pos laju center, not pos office. Not all places got pos laju center.

what if i am not in home while pos laju arrived? Can i pick up things at their hq, example, i live in Shah alam. Do i need to go glenmarie area to pick up my item?
*
normally it's from the nearest pos laju center.
you can check with the tracking number where the item is located.
or just call them and provide them with the tracking number to check.

But you take your own risk.

Just sent an ATOM PC to someone in JB...using POS Parcel. Sent on Monday, received only yesterday...(Saturday)...wah-lau..that's at least 5 working days not including Monday!!!
*
Lol...you are not using pos laju. If pos laju, it's next day delivery.

5 working days considered fast since you are only using the normal delivery service + with tracking number. cool2.gif

Hi,

Just wondering.. I notice that there is this 'PosLaju pack' boxes available in the market. Does anyone knows how it works?

Thanks
*
You can easily buy those boxes at any pos office or pos laju center.
The price is just for the box. Minimum is RM2 box.
It's a good quality box but not sure worth the money or not as you can easily get brown unwanted boxes.

On top of that, you have to pay the postage (depending on the weight) when you want to post out.
