Hi guys, need helps here regarding my parcel. The parcel was sent on 13th from Shah Alam. But until now I still haven't receive it. I phoned the poslaju on 14th and she said it takes 2 working days to my area. Okay then today I call again and she said confirm will reach by 5pm today, but then also didn't reach. I checked at tracking system there and it wrote

Is it means that I have to collect it at pos office? By the way, I didn't receive any notice or the red card from the poslaju. I'm staying at a apartment hostel where the post box is at ground floor, saw no notice or anything in the post box.

Is it normal for the items to be held for days? Items were sent out by seller on September 30, yet now is already October 4. I know that Kedah cuti on Friday & Sat, but now is Monday already... should have arrived :\

My location is at Sintok Kedah, and that's only some 1-2 hours away from Alor Setar.
