Hello guys! First of all happy CNY! I have a question and need advices from sifus over here

I tracked parcel and showed that delivery failed due to addressee cannot be located. I was at home all day and didn't get any notice left by the postman.

I called and tracking result that the parcel located in post office nearby my house. So can I self-collect at post office on Wed? How? With the tracking number only?

Yes, can self-collect with the tracking no. Make sure you bring your I.C. together for verification purpose.

Yes , do ask them where to collect , usually at local Pos Distribution center ( those bigger Pos Office , not those small one )

Bring IC , and go PO , and take a number , tell them you came here to take the parcel with tracking number ENXXXXXXXXXXMY , and how IC , sign , done .

Hi...i wasnt home today to receive my parcel....the gave me a sorry letter....
They tick the 1st delivery box.plus chops of a Pos office location. I dunno where is the pos office....can i call them and ask them to resend? if resend how long will i have to wait...i dun want to miss it again.
