Hello guys! First of all happy CNY! I have a question and need advices from sifus over here
 I tracked parcel and showed that delivery failed due to addressee cannot be located. I was at home all day and didn't get any notice left by the postman. I called and tracking result that the parcel located in post office nearby my house. So can I self-collect at post office on Wed? How? With the tracking number only?
