err.. i track my poslaju parcel and it say "failed deliver".. and from what i know it means they come and nobody at home.. but i didnt found any slip/card from them.. so can i go directly to poslaju and retrieve the parcel from them without the slip/card..?

Frm my experience both PosDaftar & PosLaju safe. Nvr had any critical prob but there's always possibility high-value items might get stolen. For such shipping, I'd recommend use courier companies (like GDEX, City-Link etc)

pos ekspress is charged at a fixed rate because u must use its ready made envelopes. the rate is regardless anywhere in Malaysia, regardless Penisular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak, it's the same price.

i think the price starts from 2.50, 3.00, 4.00 and etc.
u can go to the nearest post office to enquire and purchase.
