QUOTE(User61 @ Nov 18 2009, 09:53 PM) Battery life as good if not better than E71. The default browser seems competent on the E72. Opera Mobile 10 beta is very nice but the key "u" seems to be broken when using Opera Mobile 10 beta. It will display * instead. yes, I'm encountering the same problem with Opera Mobile 10 Beta. To overcome that, you need to copy and paste "u" (luckily it can be done). anyway, I am also having come problems with my bluetooth headset (Jabra BT 2070). I get static/disturbance everytime I launch Garmin Mobile XT and also occasionally when making/answering calls. anyone having the same problem? pls share/help

QUOTE(Tookia @ Dec 7 2009, 09:50 AM) The Garmin installed in my E72-1 by my retailer works fine so far, even when I updated the firm ware at Nokia centre. My phone works fine now compared to my E71. I feel that Nokia is not having enough QC on the batches of phones they shipped. there is a firmware update? what ver. is your firmware? (press *#0000#) mine is 021.024 (date 17 Oct 2009)

QUOTE(nicholas_chan83 @ Dec 7 2009, 02:12 PM) I hope they release firmware update soon. It's pretty buggy. Crashes pretty often. My space bar occasionally goes out of order. Only restarting the phone remedies this problem. yah man... I recently just encountered the same prob. it was soooooooo irritating

QUOTE(desmand @ Dec 13 2009, 11:14 PM) Ok, I just went to nokia care centre this afternoon. My problem are: 1) My casing at bottom losse or something, so I tell them and they get it fixed. 2) The light leakage issue on the keypad, they fixed but still can see some little light on both side(left, right) and under home key, but its better than before la, they keypad much tighten than before. So u guys better hurry and go change now! bro, which nokia centre did you go to?

QUOTE(sky_lor @ Dec 15 2009, 09:51 AM) dunno what is wrong, even with normal sms and a few call, my phone batt only last me for 1 day...hmp... do you have any programs running in the background? (i.e. music player, garmin, etc) - hold down menu button for 2 sec to see programs that are still runnng If you do, you might want to try to shut down as many programs as possible to see if it makes a diff.

QUOTE(H.O.P.E @ Dec 31 2009, 11:53 PM) Tried 500.60 Everything normal as .50. and so to the problem, the map hanged but the voice is functioning, and it seem like the GPS signal is too sensitive as once i place the phone at the passenger sit the signal's gone. Have to hold the phone right hand while holding the stering wheel to get signal (manual car). From PJ Jalan 222 back to Jusco Cheras Selatan i have to restart it N times. it goes hanged when "recalculating". Another problem facing is the voice volume button at the side of the phone seems useless when i wanted to lower or higher the voice (talking) volume. One more thing, i still have to keep on pressing "space bar" to avoid the screen goes black. will install the spt-on software soon. Will try your solution. thanks for the advice. there is an option on Garmin itself to keep the backlight on, either during navigation only or whenever Garmin is running, etc. Goto: Setting>Display>Backlight Override

QUOTE(User61 @ Jan 6 2010, 04:10 PM) Would you guys trade in your E72 for a Nexus One? I just might if I could =/ yeah, I would too, since garmin is not working properly on the E72 but then again, who knows when the nexus one would come out, and also the price.
