I only have something that can block sound. If you want to block heat effectively, use Insulflex 6mm. 10mm will be too thick and when you step on the pedal, you will feel it.

Hi Sir.

Can I know your total charge to JB if I buy 4 boxes of Propads + 4 boxes of suppressions pads?
And how much is insulflex you are selling? per piece or in roll type?

Thanks blush.gif

What is your suggestion for a Mercedes Benz W211 E320? Tyre road sound and engine sound quite loud.... it is fine for the exterior sound proof. only Engine and tyre sound.

You can try firewall soundproof.

Or my fender package for front fenders to reduce tyre noise.

...if you are sure the noise comes from the front, because some tyre noise come from the side.

Or you can check if tyre almost time, then can try some better tyres.

Firewall soundproof, you can try cheaper option on Flex Mat.

Or STP Gold (but you have to buy in box, but for firewall you only need half box...or maybe a few pieces only)

Then over lay with cheaper option Insulfex 6mm insulation foam (which I do not sell), or use my Hoodliner 1 piece.

The work is definitely tiring, but the result is definitely satisfactory.

Errr... Myvi have 2 Gen.

My HoodLiner also got 2 type.

with and without aluminium foil. It doesn't differentiate by car Gen.

HoodLiner all come in 3 feet x 4 feet size, suitable for most Japs or local car.

I juz replaced a better tyre, i still wanna try to improve the tyre noise. i think the noise is from rear tyre still it is a rear wheel drive.

what the function for your flex mat and whats the different between noise absorption mat and hood linear. which is best for firewall.

Flex Mat is butlyn based, mainly used for dampening the vibration. But my front fender package is using a different materials.

NAM and Hoodliner the open cell is a bit different, NAM do not have glue and Hoodliner do not have aluminium foil surface.

What car are you driving?

STP Gold is thicker and denser. It would depend on how you want to use it.
