actually, 25million pounds fr Young is actually a bargain, when u think about the insane valuation of players today (Aguero and Pato = 45million, Ribery = 65million, Ibrahimovic = 80million!! )

yea, Young would be a good buy, and id like to see Zhirkov come in as well.. he can fit into Malouda's slot pretty well if u ask me..

selling malouda would be a mistake, considering how he ended the season in such good form..

but im afraid that under Ancelloti, hes gna go back to under-performing again... he seems a risky player to keep in my opinion.. and with interest coming from Barca, i dont see why Chelsea shud keep him..

yup.. we share same opinion on all that except on tevez..
i think we should sell malouda if offer 20million and above come..
Young and Pato are players that i really wants to see him in blues next season..

like shakir said, anelka and didi aren't getting any younger. tevez would make us much stronger in attack, and could be a potential replacement for the drog. what would be amazing if they formed the front three of our attack. drogba's skill in holding up the ball and heading ability..tevez's aggression, fierce shots and strength.. anelka's intelligent play and speed! with the right service, it would be a nightmare to any defence!

now as much as i love di santo and stoch, let's be realistic here..its carletto's first season with us.do u honestly think he's going to gamble with the young ones in big competitions? the best we can hope for are cameos in the carling cup. heck i hate the fact as much as u do, but i'm not foreseeing many chances for our youngsters next season. unless we encounter some horrible injury crisis.

hmm okay he's not the fastest player around..but have to admit he's still pretty quick! if pato comes in, then that problem is solved.
however, i have to say we've coped quite well in the last season even with our so called lack of pace. its not that important as it seems sometimes

why not tevez mate? hes a proven EPL goalscorer, hes young (25) and in his prime, and if what i am to believe what i read, he has beef with Sir Alex Ferguson!

with Drogs and Anelka in their 30's, we need another proven goalscorer in our squad.. our bench has Kalou, Di Santo and Stock, who all have the quality to make it... but they havent proven themselves yet (Kalou still hasnt proven he can finish!)

Other than Tevez, who else can we buy? Pato (19) or Aguero (21) maybe? Both are young, superb at what they do, and have proven themselves at internation and club level...

HOWEVER, neither have any idea what playing in the EPL is like, and i have a baaaad feeling about these things ( i had a bad feeling about Sheva... and look how that turned out eh? )

IMHO, i think we shud buy Tevez this summer, and Pato in Jan.. all depends on how Carlo does with Drogs and Anelka... if he fails with either, then Pato shud come in, and either Drogs or Anelka shud leave..

sheva is a totally difference case mate..
we got him when he is already way over his prime..
on the other hand Pato and Aguero still young and have time to adapt to EPL..
we should keep Anelka and Drog in the first team..
and give Pato and Aguero some experience..
i believe they can adapt to EPL within one season.. Drog wont stay here for long..
high possibilty he is going this summer or next summer..
anelka reaching 30..
so its good to have young blood with more pace..
tevez doesnt really have the pace.. and he cant dribble really well..

Tev is a hardworking player from the matches I saw him played. Like his workrate. It doesn't matter much if can dribble well or otherwise, a striker's job is to score goals. If he does that week in week out but plays like Inzaghi. I have no complain.

haha yup that's true. a striker's number one duty is to put the ball in the back of the net. anything else is a bonus.
and tevez's finishing ain't too shabby i must say. that backheel against wigan (if i'm not mistakened) was just brilliant. he certainly would add another dimension to our attack if he comes over. at 25 million pounds and 25 years of age, he's arguably a steal when u consider how inflated the market has become!

Then, depending on whether drogs or anelka flourish under Carlo, we shud bring in Pato in Jan.. all depends on the situation at the club though... Who knows if Carlo will even be the coach till then! Lol!
