QUOTE(Alexdino @ Jun 20 2009, 09:09 AM) i think ancellotti trying to have 2 players at each position..for CB its Terry Alex Mancienne and Mexes.. so at RB its Ivanovic and Bosingwa.. Mexes is a very good defender.. |

i'm not too convinced by mexes. saw him against united when roma was spanked 7-1....
wasnt too good. he was linked to united once. but then after that they stopped monitoring him... i dont think he is a good buy |

QUOTE(mono_demon @ Jun 20 2009, 05:12 PM) he wanted 200K a week. that is way too much. other players like lamps will ask for parity. this will never work. |

QUOTE(madfag @ Jun 19 2009, 05:16 PM) if we make a count, we do have lots of strikers. lol. drogba, anelka, di santo, sheva. if we manage to land pato, it would be 5! if we're playing the trident, malouda comes into the picture too! let 3 strikers upfront anelka, drogba and sheva/pato.pack up with strongest midfielders ballack, lamps, essien then cole, terry, alex and ferrera QUOTE(Smart007 @ Jun 20 2009, 11:33 AM) we will welcom pato in our squad anytimeQUOTE(mono_demon @ Jun 20 2009, 06:12 PM) but the amount we have to pay is insaneQUOTE(afaris @ Jun 20 2009, 08:13 PM) will pass on tevez. not a good striker |

QUOTE(mono_demon @ Jun 20 2009, 05:12 PM) Chelsea cannot attract "star" since mourinho introduced "anti-football" Added on June 20, 2009, 7:43 pm QUOTE(shah_ho_nam2 @ Jun 20 2009, 07:23 PM) let 3 strikers upfront anelka, drogba and sheva/pato. Where are Bos? no in your line up pack up with strongest midfielders ballack, lamps, essien then cole, terry, alex and ferrera we will welcom pato in our squad anytime but the amount we have to pay is insane will pass on tevez. not a good striker as for Pato, transfer fee is not a problem if he can settle for low pay and No no no to Tevez This post has been edited by Alexdino: Jun 20 2009, 07:43 PM |

haha, have a look guys.. the Tevez saga at ManU is finally over:
http://www.manutd.com/default.sps?pagegid=...&newsid=6634810 So, with his statement about not wanting a move to Anfield, that leaves ManCity and Chelsea.. Chelsea are willing to make him one of their top earners, as well as offer him Champions League football next season.. not to mention the fact that they're a top 4 club. ManCity are willing to offer him astronomical wages, and... errr... im pretty sure thats all Which club to u think he'll opt for? |

QUOTE(ilovelyn @ Jun 20 2009, 11:13 PM) i wonder why some of u are really wants him to come.. id rather get tevez mate.. at the moment, both aguero and pato are valued at over 40million pounds.. not worth the risk, considering neither have been proven goalscorers in the EPL.. its better for us to give chance to Di Santo or Stoch if we cant get Pato or Aguero.. yes he is a a good player and proven in EPL.. its not about he is a man utd player.. do you guys really thinks he will suits to our style of play?? will he really worth it?? i doubt it.. so its better to give chance to our youngsters.. but if he come, i would like to see what will he become.. however, both of them are still very young, and signing Pato would seem the right way to go right now.. In my opinion, both Drog and Anelka are enough, with Stock and Di santo on the bench... but Didiers 31, and Anelka just turned 30 if im not mistaken... How much longer do u think they'll be able to keep up with the rigorous workrate needed of EPL strikers? Not long.. this is where i see Tevez fitting in nicely.. and maybe Pato as well... who knows hehe, Up the Chels |

QUOTE(Makakeke @ Jun 20 2009, 11:29 PM) hehe, tell me about it!i mean, theres no proper reason we need him anyway! we have the best right back in england right now anyways! ( Bosingwa) To tell u the truth, it looks like the only reason we want Johnson is cos we're probably gna sell Bosingwa, which doesnt make much sense... UNLESS u consider the fact that we've been courting Bayern for a certain pacy frenchman So, if we do end up buying Johnson, Bosngwa's probably gna leave for Bayern, in an exchange deal with Franck Ribery.. hmm, all in all, hope we dont get Johnson OR Ribery... our midfield and defense are in good form at the moment, and we dont need either of them to win the league next season |

IMO the main problem in chelsea now is lack of speed, we have strenght we have great passer, just lack of some one that run towards or dribble with ball.i don't get why some of u here are dismissing the idea of him coming to play for chelsea. yea he's an ex-utd player..we've went down that route before. albeit a not so smooth route involving another certain argentinian by the name of veron. but tevez is a whole different story as he's been a hit for utd and westham. no reason why he can't be for us. and he is kind of lack in speed and dribble, although he really hardworking in chasing the ball around. |
