This is what happens.I went to legend ss2 last week to ask for panasonic plasma x10 and s10 price. a salesperson called lian quoted me rm3200 for x10 without freebies and rm3500 for s10 without the bdplayer. i say i want the s10,paid them a deposit of rm200 and they say they will send me the stock within 2 working days.
After 2 days still nobody calls me to arrange a delivery, so I called them, they say they forgot about my order, so fine, i say nevermind i wait another 2 more days....
After 2 days they called me and say there are good shortage for S10, ask me to take x10 instead which they have stock in hand. i insist I wanted the S10, so fine they say they will order but it will take time.
One day later, someone from legend (a woman) called my mobile and say they will deliver the goods to me tomorrow at 2pm. i say i am at work not available at home to sign and collect, only my maid is there. I ask to reschedule but the woman raised her voice says there aren't any other time! They are fully packed for the month!! Either 2pm or wait till next month! I have no choice but to ask my maid to accept delivery and pay them a cheque of the remaining amount. Is this how they treat their customer who paid deposit already?
When I reach home from work on friday, I was shocked to find that they shipped me a x10 instead of s10. The box was resealed and in bad condition. i learn from this forum to check the display time, it was used for 88 hours and turn on and off for 56 time.It was over 10pm that day so I didn't managed to call them that same nite. I call lian next day at 10am to complain about it, he told me in an annoying tone that x10 and s10 is the same la, he say i'm lucky that he charge me 3.5k for x10 with free digicam because the normal price is rm4k++!!!! I told him BS i saw the advertisement and it was only 3.6k he insist that was the old price.... lian say that he is bz serving other customer that he will have to call me back. he never did, i went to his shop because i was pissed and complained at them, but few staff which looks like gangster surrounded me and starring at me asking what is the problem here??? i was scared but told them i wanted to see lian and told them the story! lian came down after 30 minutes from upstair, i say i want a refund, he said he will only take the unit back now for 2k because it is considered 2nd hand. i was forced to keep my plasma in the end.
guys, stay away from LEGEND ss2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In regards to the above matter, I am a representative from legend ss2. We from Legend ss2 has been open for over 20 years, and we are confident and have a certain name of our own. after thoroughly going through our system, we manage to check that only 2 of the s10 model has been sold by our company as of 10 jun 2009, as this is a new model. It is also a company policy for us to deliver our goods to customer directly.By saying this, we only deliver goods to the customer him/herself, this is for safety purposes. furthermore, delivering goods to a maid is impossible. We are also afraid if anything goes missing while we are over, we would get the blame for it.
Once an order is done, our logistic departement will automatically arrange for a delivery, and our logistic department doesn't have a women employee, as mention by the above post. and as for a worker name lian, the only person that comes close to this name is an employee by the name of liang, is this him? Even if this is him, as according to our records, liang did not sold any s10 models until 10 jun 2009.
as according to the post above, payment was made via cheque. if the goods was delivered in a bad condition/different modal, stopping the cheque would be the obvious thing to do. if all this is true, why not stop the cheque? If an order was made, there would deffinately be an invoice from us. with prove of this invoice, my manager has agreed to compensate RM5000. Please bring this invoice to our shop, and if all this is false, please delete this tread so that the name of our company wont be affected.
We are confident that all this is UNTRUE, and please do not make false accusation on our company. If u really do have the invoice, please come forward with it and prove yourself. Don't give our company a bad name by making false treads here.
Please call our company at 012-3893063, if u really do have the invoice, we will make the conpensation.

Just to note, we have waited the whole day today for him to show up or at least a call to clarify this with us, but as expected there is none. we will continue to wait to see the result. If wat user BANLEGENDSS2 said is true, all he have to do know is just show the invoice or official receipt in this tread, and we will transfer RM5,000 directly into his account. In our opinion it is pretty simple to post it here if its true. We will continue to wait for another 2 days. We suspect that this could be done by our competitors to give our company a bad name. Recently our sales for LCD and Plasma is high and because of this, we suspect that this could be the reason why we are being sabotage via this forum. We are not trying to be cocky, all we are trying to do is to clarify this so that our company's name is not affected in any way whatsoever. We urge user BANLEGENDSS2 to head down to consumer rights department to complain this if it is really true. PLEASE DO, and not just give us a bad name through this forum.
After all is said and done, we are planing to take legal action against BANLEGENDSS2 for what he is trying to do to our name. Anyone who knows how to get hold of BANLEGENDSS2, please contact ALAN = 0123893063. There will be reward, of RM500 for this. We would like to know where to send the legal letter to when all this is proven false.

We would like to understand why the previous post was closed. we feel that it is unfair for us and we did not have a last word on it. over the past few days, we understand better on the about our negativity. we are really trying our best to improve ourself. we would like to give a word of thanks to all our valued customer for all his/her comment. We really learned alot about our own company in the past few days and apologizes for all our mishaps. we will once again try our best to learn from our mistake and better ourself for the future.
back to the case, i'm here again to urge banlegendss2 to show up with and receive his conpensation of RM5000 with prove of invoice/official receipt if it is true. once again i would like to mention that this could be done by one of our competitors. A conpensation of RM 5000 is no small amount.
Finally i'm Alan managing director on behalf of Legend, once again would like to thank our valuable customer for his/her comment so that we can work on improving the quality of our business. To be just to us, we would like to get hold of BANLEGENDSS2, a reward of RM1000 will be awarded, with prove of it.We would appreciate any form of information towards this.
