1st i was thinking to get AC-1 and megalodon but bad news megalodon has ONLY USB, then now maybe think about HP-1 n AC-1. tat y asking ppl who experience with combo barracuda and megalodon which is can do better in term of gaming and entertainment(movies, music).
Is it maelstrom engince better than AC-1? and my purpose of buying them is to...: 1st of coz for gaming and 2nd enjoy surround sound movies..

and what do u thnk ac-1 compare with Creative S.Blaster X-FI Titanium Fatality Pro? and Auzentech X-Fi Prelude?and Asus Xonar D2X? which one is best gaming and movie sound?

if music - then forget hp-1.
megalodon does pretty well for music, cos its basically a stereo set, so only a 40mm driver in each ear, with simulated surround sound via the maelstorm engine.
barracuda has multiple drivers for front / center etc etc...so music sounds abit weird on it.

gaming? even my ancient audigy 4 is good enough and has multiple outs for surround sound.
but surround sound movie using megalodon i dont recommended, in fact i wouldnt even recommend using any headphones.
better u set up a nice 5.1 home theater system for surround sound movies.

never ever buy asus xonar...haha...if you have done some research,you will saw that there is a claim that asus xonar doest really have the eax...is a fake eax...that why i got my creative sound card...about auzentech,sorry,cant help you with that coz i never use that before...

i hv no choise to chose headset de coz currently i rent a room near asia cafe, so very hard for me to get speaker system in a small room. that y im getting headphone instead. and try to find da headset tat can enjoy gaming and watch movie with nice surround sound.

Im not selling it. My friend who works in razer told me.

I asked Banleong regarding Mamba stock. They said currently they are selling to key supplier only due to they got limited stock. For Malaysia only, if im not mistaken they said it just around 55-70 unitz only.
