no one can confirm it except TM themselves. I think they are just playing it safe to put it as 1 month of time needed to fix the whole thing

My BTU has red light for Optical From the logs, looks like cannot connect since at least 5AM (31Oct). Made report already, supposedly Subang Jaya area affected

am i the only one with browsing problem? it's been 4 days with constant slowdown to every us eu website

Nationwide issue, call 100 and you will hear a pre-recorded message that says 'Our customers are facing less than ideal browsing experience while surfing websites based in EU'.

I know because I've been calling 100 for 12 times since past 3 days as my internet and phone was totally down.

Anyone experiencing disruptions around klang area? preferably bukit tinggi? My place unifi been down no line at all since Thursday as of 3pm BTU only lan1 light is ignited . Like as if someone cut the fibre optic cable.

My area setia alam facing the same problem too.. Only lan1 light ignited.. Seems like unifi down?

My folks did report to unifi today they said got vandalism. people burned the tm box thingy outside the house. But this is for klang Bukit Tinggi area, others not sure of what.
