Since the past few of days, I have been experiencing disconnection during night time prime hours. When I ping the gateway ip address, I will start getting time out by noon time, and it becomes worse towards night time. Everything is fine during early morning.

So I tried doing some speed test, and right now the only way I can get full speed (4mbps) is to Petaling Jaya server (from Melaka). To northern server, Singapore, or Sarawak, the speed is bad. And same goes for anywhere else in the world.

Therefore I think there's something wrong with TMnet's network. Since I can get full speed to PJ, it indicates the my local line is ok. But beyond that, there may be some problem in TM network that is affecting the connection. Website loads slowly, streaming cannot work.

Well, I'm with you on this, seems like they are throttling the speed. I can get max of 0.5mbps while downloading doh.gif
Call 100, reset and get back max at 2mbps for 5 minutes. Bypass splitter, use another modem still the same shit.
Now already lodge a complaint to SKMM shakehead.gif

Facebook ping quite high and request times out a few times, what happen to UNIFI, i using 10 mbps right now

I manage to get better speed loading Facebook and videos via VPN. Funny eh ?
I think TM is throttling most popular websites during night time.

It is not the speed of our unifi (VIP10, 20 or etc.) but the throughput that counts. The maximum data it deliver to our end point.

Yahoo, my slow speed improved today after lodging a formal complaint, it only slows down at 2:50pm with 1-2mbps from 4mbps. Comparing to yesterday's 12pm onward and dropped to 0.5mbps.

WTF yesterday I called TM at night, they said expected to be completed by 2:30AM (this morning). Can we ask for rebate 1 day ?

can try. last time my unifi was down for few days, i think due to faulty wire or cable. they rebate to me after they fix the prob. but of coz need to giv them a call la. now sg long got affected, planning to ask them rebate after system is back up.
