suddenly this come to herbalife promotion page................. Just buy ordinary whey protein.

On serious gainer. .... The phrase itself saying gainer. Of couse to gain weight. You personal trainer should know what is your objective. If to lose weight why should consume gainer. Don't simply follow them. There don't know much nutrition.

but too much carb will make your diet harder and slower progress. Better just a little carb with proper protein and healthy fat intake.

weib. If you find if still eat high carb food and still lose weight and spare muscle. Then good for you. You must be gifted rclxms.gif

From all the healthy weight loss program I see this far, all of them recommend low-moderate carb. Not high carb.....

altecaltec, from your meal example, you are eating too much. if you want to lose fat, reduce your calories. 2 chicken breast is too much in 1 meal. Try to separate it. Sausages is junk food. Replace with lean meat. Replace the cereal with roll oat with some fruit. you are 80kg and you need about 140-160g protein per day if you workout.

Hi guys,

My height is 191cm and my weight is 125kg so what is the best diet plan that I should follow?

Since the 1st of Jan 2010 my food intake is as follows:

Breakfast : Warm water mixed with honey and lemon juice/Bread
Lunch : 2 Chapati
Dinner : Fruits normally 1 apple or orange

Is it ok?

ameyn . I agree with syd G and sweet pea . take some lean protein for your lunch. try to substitute biscuit with a serving of fruit or some nut. But Remember nuts contain alot of calories. btw biscuit is not healthy ..

Is that so? My mum always tell me fruits are okay as they only contain sucrose. Think I'll cut down fruits by half if possible... I'll try to restrain from taking them right after dinner.

Okay, let me try myfitnesspal smile.gif thanks!

Most of the sugar in fruit is fructose. Other sugar such as sucrose (table sugar is also sucrose), glucose is also available in fruit. Try to reduce your fruit and sweet things intake to help you lose fat faster.

Actually, its a mixture of both. i dont know where you get that piece of information from.

and secondly, i dont know what healthy food you are refering to, but i thin there's a problem with your taste bud..

it all takes up to consideration in the method of preparation of cooking.

I get the info from the internet.... rclxms.gif

healthy food like oat. vege. roast chicken. many of them i don't like the taste. and I also dont like to cook.

christopher. it will be hard to lose fat and build muscle at the same time. focus on losing weight first easier. 3 month you should be able to lose 8-10kg if your diet is good.

for me, you only take fat burner when you tried all the tricks of losing weight. Usually at under 20% bodyfat, it's hard to shed fat further. I guess now I am at 15-16% bodyfat. Plateuing for quite some time. The only way I know to go below 15% is to lower your carb intake to about 130-150g per day on 2000kcal per day diet

But.... it's hard to count carb .... biggrin.gif
