u can't really compare am2 w/ am2+, it's harder for latter to achieve high htt if compared between d 2, especially agena/toliman/kuma, deneb however are easier but still am2 especially windsor f3 are d best in htt oc imo.

last time while with althon and kvr... luck will help. reseat the ram will fix the prob..
once change into phenom..my tracer can sit at num 1 and 3 slot
and once the cludwan ram comes.. all 4 slots filled up..and can run...
and after that i take out the cloudwan's ram and left 2x1gb ram on 3 and 4th slot..

2days ago, i just take out my ram..and fill it back...same ram same slot..cant boot.

only num 2 and 4 slot is avalable to use..is there any bios setting can help? flashing bios wont help..

hmm... what devider u use? have u tried to boot w/ stock setting? what are d trfc settings for all slots? sounds more of a setting issue to me instead of hardware/bios...

ya..last time i tot it was mobo issue since cant use at all..once i can get it use, so i think it will be bios setting
erm...i use the devider 1066 and 800(Stock)
i did clear the cmos,then on..still cant.
the pc just wont post..the mobo light blinking indicates that there is ram fault..and the screen stays black (no input signal)
and the tracer led not lit at all...means no ram activity...

trfc setting i donno...but y at stock setting still cant boot..hmmm
tried with kvr + 1pc tracer..still cant...

turn off acc still d same?

other than that, i think i'll be taking the rig apart this coming weekend, half upgrading (or downgrading ) to a 550BE so my sis can take the quadcore (she does video rendering like mad )

depending on my CPU heatsink, i might either go for fans like you did or a custom cardboard shroud

btw, how did you sit that 60mm fan on the heatsink? i see one cable tie, but i cant figure the rest out. i'm also sad that i accidentally broke my amd stock fan while experimenting yesterday
