QUOTE(goldfries @ Jun 13 2009, 11:30 PM) snapping flower, you should try to come from a higher angle, or at least one that's showing the "front" of it. i find it quite hard to get this...because i always try to get a bit of the stem and leaf....but then higher angle will sometime block the leaf..hmm..that's why i cant shoot flowers |

Achew: I like #1 and #5..in terms of compo. why #1 seems overblown?

QUOTE(millenia3000 @ Jun 16 2009, 08:59 AM) thanks bray... dont bother seeling the kitlens first la... i think sure susah to sell... and if sell also sure very cheap wan.... what is the distance between the pagar and the crocs? You can actually just shoot across the pagar. hey spooks! the eye catch memang blur la... of cos in the cam preview it looks good n sharp la... hahaha! it was a lil difficult a the pagar was awkwardly high... so i had to "extend" a bit to snipe de fella from just above it... oh yea that croc shot was taken with the 75300 lowering your DOF and if the DOF is shallow, the pagar will be bokeh-ed 1) the pagar is green in color, around 1 feet away from the bird: ![]() 2) this is more than 3 feets away ![]() Added on June 16, 2009, 9:07 am QUOTE(millenia3000 @ Jun 16 2009, 09:07 AM) haha... what lens ya got now ah? i know u got UWA la... others? eh sig, when i was there at the zoo kan... k la... besides having that urge to upgrade my body, i could see why nature enthusiasts, love them whiteys.... when i saw the elephants, i was very moved cos one of them appeared to look very sad, at that moment u could see it in the elephant's eyes... then i whipped out my 75300.. zoom2 tp x sampai... 300mm tak sampai? time for x2 then hahaha.....else just crop your pic:)Added on June 16, 2009, 9:08 am QUOTE(signither @ Jun 16 2009, 09:02 AM) G???This post has been edited by Sp00kY: Jun 16 2009, 09:08 AM |

QUOTE(millenia3000 @ Jun 16 2009, 09:49 AM) the mesh type pagar is ok bro... this one is like the pipe type... it's about 1.5inches thick wan... i first tried to blur it out... it gave that annoying whitish blur.... ahh the big hole pagar is nice dei...hmmm maybe i shud get a cheap teleconverter 1st... I think speedlite is a term used for them and not sony.....i had that problem too when i tell them i bought a flash F42, then they asked me what flash? hahaha...that looks good mr.tot! must....get....another..... flashgun! teleconverter? not cheap isnt it? I think 300mm is good enuf unless you wna shoot lion in safari which is like 500m away hehehe.... 10mp permits you to crop your pic !!!!! I used lousy lens only...55-250..i got some shots using another lens..wana see? |
