Have you actually tried using the 24-70? I dunno about you but I find it kinda frustrating having the 24mm on the aps-c. It's not nearly wide enough. 18mm is ok. For aps-c I would love to have 16mm (i.e. 24mm on the FF). If you really do not mind it starting at 24mm then i guess it's ok.

The D-pad controls is still there. Just that you cannot shift the focus point quickly like you can on a200, 300 and 350. That's the major blow for the new cam.. Instead of making things intuitive, they've gone and create a more complicated interface where you need to access the Fn button to change even a simple thing like selecting an AF point.

It's very very obvious that they are cutting cost on the a230, 330 and 380 (all based on the same body) by reducing the number of buttons to access each function. Now instead of a dedicated iso button, it's relegated to the D-Pad on the main body..

oo .. haha .. .. nope .. i dont have both .. i am thinking either 2.8 or 4 .. most probably f4 IS ..

actually, a week ago, I bought for a 70-200 f4 IS and the shop gave me f2.8 IS instead .. .. the box, manual and all for f4 IS .. only the lens itself is f2.8 IS .. Yesterday, after a week, the shop called me and said he gave the wrong item .. .. he said, he will give me free filter if I return it...

i dont know either wanna return it or not .. haha .. .. on the receipt, it stated that "Goods sold are not returnable/exchangable/refundable" .. haha .. .. most probably i will return it ..

or what do you think guys?
