You can consider Nyko Wand with built in M+. Regarding Red Steel 2, the Sword fight is still not 1:1 to your remote. I'm still dreaming for star wars light saber 1:1 duels like Wii Resort sword fight.

I'm still dreaming for star wars light saber 1:1 duels like Wii Resort sword fight. There was an interview for this matter. The game makers claimed that if the game is really controlled 1:1, you won't be able to play it due to lack of real-life swordfight skills. TL;DR, you need to be an excellent swordsman to play this game had it been 1:1.I wouldn't be wanting 1:1 lightsaber duel if I were you. |

lol, yeah...i read about the 1:1 swordfighting too...only swordmasters could handle this game and the sword fighting academy would use this game as training for their pupils...lol
anyway, it's a pretty cool game though...i wonder where's fragile in the market...XD |

Still, if you want to see the true work of 1:1, go into the sword upgrade shop, look at an upgrade, and press A when you point at the sword. You'll be brought to a screen where you can preview the sword, and move it in accords to the movement of Wiimote. True 1:1 lies there.

well u will never get true 1:1 simply because there is no feedback. for example in real life if u swing and he blocks your swing will be interrupted by the block, and there is no way the wii mote can do that. not even sony move/ms natal can simulate that.
Added on March 31, 2010, 4:25 ambtw, saw this game in retail shop just 2 days after its release. tempted to buy but no budget yet. This post has been edited by ramz: Mar 31 2010, 04:25 AM |

Even the game itself give enough time for you to think before blocking vertically or horizontally. In fact Wii Resort swordfighting is quite good. Doesn't have to be sword master to complete all ten levels. Just keep retrain and sharpen your skill.I wouldn't be wanting 1:1 lightsaber duel if I were you. |

Perhaps you never understood what I really meant.1:1 swordfighting is only for real life swordfighters, period. You could dumb down the AI, but then, it's still going to be difficult, you have to swing as hard as you can, time your slashes, etc.. As what that other person said, if it's truly 1:1, dojos would use this game to train their disciples. Go figure, no? E.g; For a backstab, you would really have to imitate that backstab move, which is quite hard to time. WSR swordfighting is easy because what you have to do is only swing the Wiimote around. |
