I'm 177cm tall and weight 77 kg. Been going to the gym regularly 3 times a week for the past 6 months. Now i'm going full throttle to pump my muscle into mass. I need the guidance to gain muscle and lose some of my fats in the process. First i came across with the whey protein powder that unables u to gain muscle and lose fat, i would like to know if there was any successful case?

You can start off with a basic bb program, examples:-Secondly is Muscletech nitrotech good? Is there other whey protein isolate powder that is better? http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/matt88.htm or http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/best_newbie_workout.htm Click on the exercise links for guides on how to execute them. Muscletech sucks. Too expensive, too overrated. Go for Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey. I usually get my stuff from REYZAI who's a member here. Usually i go to the gym right after work around 7. So i need soemthing which is pre-prepared and easy to prepare. wat is the big difference? haha... u eat protein from egg and fish, or chicken, do u choose them as if choosing whey? hmm... its still protein rite? |

Going to the gym for the past 6 months doesn't make you an intermediate haha. I've been lifting for a year plus and still considered noob. Take creatine la. Thats a really good starting weight for your height though. Gain a lil more mass then you'll have a nice base.

Both are around the same price.Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey has how many flavours and how much is it? EAS 100% whey protein also pretty not bad right? |

Or buy it at any GNC. With the VIP discount and bonus points, there's no reason to go through some inconvenient COD with a private seller.
