I'm 177cm tall and weight 77 kg. Been going to the gym regularly 3 times a week for the past 6 months. Now i'm going full throttle to pump my muscle into mass. I need the guidance to gain muscle and lose some of my fats in the process. First i came across with the whey protein powder that unables u to gain muscle and lose fat, i would like to know if there was any successful case?

Secondly is Muscletech nitrotech good? Is there other whey protein isolate powder that is better?  biggrin.gif

Want to look like a bodybuilder, train like one. You can start off with a basic bb program, examples:-

or

Click on the exercise links for guides on how to execute them.

Muscletech sucks. Too expensive, too overrated. Go for Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey. I usually get my stuff from REYZAI who's a member here.

Hi, i use this method http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/...ding-split.html.

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey has how many flavours and how much is it?

EAS 100% whey protein also pretty not bad right?

That's a pretty solid program. Stick to it then. EAS is as good as ON imo. Both are around the same price.
