Erm, my suggestion is to focus on one first, since the mechanics of each matchup is quite different, and not to get urself confused. The current trend is as such:

TvP: Either fast expand or reaper opening into mass marauders/ ghost/ vikings or banshees.
TvZ: Hellion & rauder/ Full mechanic (factory units)
TvT: Anything works as long as you hold on to your strategy.

The good news is SC2 is easier compared to SC1, and requires less APM, so I think it'll be pretty easy to pickup.

I kinda know how you feel. You certainly know that things are not right when a non-beta tester knows more than a person that got accepted in the beta. Not trying to heat things up or offend anyone here but c'mon, you guys are lucky & should be more enthusiastic to test the games against the AI to get a brief idea on how units work. There's the very handy Help menu to get you started on which units are strong against units A, B to Z. Then there are Youtube, teamliquid.net & Liquipedia that you can refer to as well.

a decent guideline, (depending if you're sending scout or not) is to have a supply depot build on 9/11 or 10/11, around mid way/nearing completion of supply, you need a rax up ady, then to prevent scouts, you may get another supply, try to bait them to come in, then seal it up, that way you get a slight pinch to ur enemy's econ of 50minerals

from there, determine if you wanna go mass marines (reactors are nice, though you may opt for tech lab, then lift off for reactor if you want the hp/stim upgrades (stim is gay until you got medivac lol))/marauders/reapers

for marauder rushes, get refinery asap too so you can get that tech lab up fast. not too critical on having 2 refineries since gas is just 25 per rauder, though if you want the concuss upgrade asap, you'll need 2 refineries asap to get gas quicker while still be able to pump rauders quick 2-3 rax is recommended for this and do remember, terrans are considerably weaker than zerg/toss so you kinda want to outnumber your opponents unless ur micro is godly (with our latency, lol much)

for reaper rush, you need to have a refinery latest around the time ur rax is building/completed try to get 2nd refinery up with svc manning it and use MULE to sustain ur minerals for the time being. then its spam reapers lol. ideally, you'll want at least 2 rax, 3-4 if you are focusing just reapers then later rauders/marines. if you opt to 2rax and reapers just to harass, go for factories/starports and its up to you already from there
