mine got almost similar problems...but not long scratch like tht...at right door panel driver shoulder side...try wash it...look like ok...thn after dry can c same thing...after tis myb try to buy tht Otter black 1@mudah.my...want apply to all black surface panel n trim...wanna make it look new again..
