I stay in Johor Bahru man, Malaysian Chinese(not from Taiwan) therefore connection to servers in SG will be below 100ms and I love playing on servers from SG as I mostly get pings around 35 - 70ms max. So it was definitely nothing to do high latency. Anyway, it's no big deal and I understand the situation, just alil disappointed that I couldn't get to play any multiplayer yesterday. i show no mercy to hk n tw players lol. they have some sort of anti kick hack. Yes, you can play solo.
and yes, you can download from steam. Just click the button "Add Steam Games" then they will ask you to key in retail key. After that you will be able to download via Steam |
