i seen a lot of people bench pressing and squatting and at bodybulding.com i've seen someone bench press at 155lbs and squatting at 325lbs. is this mean he squat with 140kg of weight or what? because i just started bench press with 10kg and 140kg sounds unlogic.

Plz read around a lot and close this thread to prevent further spamming.
Everybody starts low and progresses from there,BP of 155Lbs is nothing for a regular BB'er,heck even i can BP 180Lbs.

155lbs should be around 70kg. Most of the strong guys bar bell bench press around that weight. 70kg - 80kg. Hardcore big guys 100kg - 150kg, here only got 1 of them can do 140kg. But most of the time you get to see around 70kg - 80kg.
