Let make it clear, conversion is always difficult.

Let Say 20% of Chinese Girls willing to convert. And
20% of Malay Guys willing to convert.

We will have 40% of chances in marry.

But Malay is supperior in Malaysia, none of them are allowed to convert. So the Malay guys can only seek for the 20% Chinese girls (who might already not available when you found it).

And the government says this is because the Chinese are racist.
