lv4 trainer i think can get below 20k if the trainer have no specialty, for a newbie, i think you no need a specialty trainer.

before you buy a staff, pls watch up their saalry, try to get cheaper salary staff, because the staff salary every week increase

hey guys, created a team about 4 days ago.

Bang Balls
League: III.1

I think this is the best basketball sim/manager game online.
The only thing ive got a problem with is the bidding...
Everyone seems to bid obscenely for players pretty average players (can only afford this type sad.gif) and 1 hour before the deadline, the bid initially of 2K can go up to 50K :S

And also the training.Im not sure where to check the results/effects of the training yet.

Oh,and also, wanna thank kwaiwah for his help and guidance through bbmail. You da man! biggrin.gif

BangBalls, I see that u have the potential to really rise in BB as u have the patience and take the time to try to understand the game. Keep it up!

Anyway, the transfer list is always like that. Managers keep track of all the good players that they want to bid for but only bid as it gets closer to the bidding deadline. A decent veteran (experienced average) player usually fetch around $50K while a decent 18-19 yo trainee usually fetch up to $250K, but don't spend more than that. There will always be another great player coming along. If u don't get this round the next round for sure u will get. Sometimes u can be lucky and get a player for less than $10K and his stats are pretty decent. But this is rare and u need to really track all potential players within the transfer list.

I once tracked ALL 18yo players at the new season. It was crazy! And that time the transfer list didn't even have the option to filter by potential or salary. But it was worth it to get my ideal trainee.

Effects of the training will only be published on Friday afternoon. U need to ensure the following though:
1. Ur trainees get 48 mins at the position u train for the week (U can check in the weekly stats)
2. U train only 1 position (or 2 if that skill u r training only allows min 2)
3. U hv a level 4 and above trainer
4. Ur trainee is less than 25 yo (It is best u train from 18-19yo so that u max the player's potential)

No worries Bangballs.

Btw ppl, I have posted an MMP thread in BB Malaysia forum and for anyone interested to have a private mentor (juz like private tuition teacher only free!), pls feel free to sign up by posting in the thread below:

yeah man! biggrin.gif
The bidding war really keeps it exciting and gives us more reasons to log-in.
Im gonna try training 2 positions C/PF as both are young and players with potential.

I still haven't got any luck with bidding for a staff, but im hoping i get a level 4 trainer by tomorrow smile.gif

As I mentioned in my BB Mail to you, you should concentrate on training 2 players in particular. Mohd Ali and Syamsul.
Since it is only 2 players, you should only train 1 position.
Keep in mind that the position is just a suggestion and you don't need to follow it. You should train 1 position (Center) and assign them as your Center. You will need to arrange scrimmage to ensure you get 48 mins/week for both of them at Center though.
You can schedule scrimmage by looking other people up and asking to scrimmage. For Malaysia teams you need to be careful to check that the teams you scrimmage are active. Some teams never respond because they are inactive teams.

So don't train 2 positions. You only have 2 trainee. Train 1 position.

if i m not misunderstand his meaning, he is advising you train only 1 position because you got only 2 young trainee.
yes, it is Center, 1 week got 3 matches, you can swap the 2 players in the matches, and play them in Center position, make sure they play atleast 48min/week
