Bstead proposed right issues
2 right issue for 5 bstead shares

right issue means company needs to accumulate more funds huh?
so ppl is dumping bstead shares? hmm.gif
*
Generally, good and solid company never have right issue, unless involved some big lucrative and profitable business acquiring which needed to do so.

Right issue means company has not enough money, as simple as that, so shareholders needs to fork out extra money from their pocket on top of their previous purchased cost.

We invested in a company want to see return on our money aka you generate money for us, but now it is the other way round, we need to fork out extra, so no good no good.

My view only.

Don't have to worry about missing the boat guys. Next week, Dow is headed for another big fall. When you have time later on during lunch or in evening, you can scroll back and see my news summary and you'll understand why.

Anyone knows how the average price is calculated after cap repayment for TM? Assuming buy twice at same volume

If 1st purchase is before cap repayment = $3.8
Then 2nd purchase is after cap repayment = $2.7

Then should my average price be (3.8+2.7)/2 - 0.98 ?

Or should it be (3.8-0.98)+2.7 and divide 2?

thinking of buying maybulk, is this a good time? for long term

roughly went tru their latest Q1 report yesterday...... terrible result i wud say......
making loss from their operation activities.... reserved cash is getting lesser.... ard 800 mil left from previous 1 bil
thank God that their investment in POSH lately turn up to b profitable..... + boost frm recent jump in BDI (any reason on the BDI jump lately? unsure.gif )
so i think any price above 3 is still expensive for me..... any1 wan 2 share their views?

right issues = company needs money = negative = sell!

Don't have time for detailed analysis yet, but I think they have enough cash position to tahan any bad news. Also, recent BDI went up, as long s CHina buys iron ores, then Maybulk will have business. So even will low charges 11,000/carrier, i think next quarter will see boost.
