lost 4-5kg is good progress...dont be so kancheung....do it rite and last longer.....in no time, you will need to change all those oversized clothes in your wardrobe to smaller sizes...KEEP IT UP.....
my wieght now stagnant at 71kg plus minus...I am happy. didnt bother to measure body fat...will just keep doing my regular cardio and eat healthily...once awhile pop some beers to reward myself. I find it good......... |

you aint a biatch...you are at the crossroad.....
You may choose to keep running but then do some workout to tonne up your muscle and also to strenghten certain minor muscles and core muscle to help in your run.....you see...cramp......find out what workout can strenghten your certain muscle that relate to your cramp......apart from the F&B aspect of your body.... I have pain in my left knee...I am now doing more workout to strenghten that part...damn cilakak.... I think workout and running can be complementing each other....like shar and remora. You aint need to sacrify one for another...... |

full squat is really tough.....make sure you have your belt...otherwise half squat should be enough.....
