Have you spoken to your Mum about how you feel when she says that?

I'd just take it as an extra motivation to prove her wrong. laugh.gif

Giant having promo Dutch Lady Low Fat Milk at RM5.99 for 2packets x 1Litre. I just bought 40packets, that should last me for 2 months.

40packets = RM119.80 ;S

Tesco RM3.49 each. Pppfftt!

Wahahahhaha, everyone goes WTF when they see the trolley filled with Dutch Lady. Then some fellas start to check out Dutch Lady section, then they looked at me, what so speisel? They probably think I'm nuts.

Last I bought only 16packets, only last me for 3 weeks, then no more promo at RM2.99 each at Tesco. Then no choice but to buy at RM3.49. So since Giant having promo now, straight away take 40packets. Initially I took only 20packets, then I think I might as well get more otherwise I might have to pay extra 50cent for each again.

RM3.49 x 40packets = 139.60

Now I pay only RM119.80, saved 19.80.

Oh, thanks for the info.

It's too bad I am not going to all the trouble of driving, parking, etc etc etc in order to just save RM20. lulz.

Next challenge will be great. But it's not the challenge that helped us though, if you haven't realized it. It's the Goal.

We set Goals. Now the question is, are we following through with our long-term Goal?

The Challenge may not always be there but it's the Goal and our desire to attain that Goal.

My short-term goal achieved. Can get into the dress. Now problem is making sure dress is not too loose in Aug. Haha!

I've continued on my own. Posted the challenge on my fb, with the stick that I'll have to belanja makan to people that left a comment there, lulz.

Anyway let's make a new challenge in August. smile.gif

I've been stalling as well. It's hard to get something done when I have so many things to focus on in my life.

I suck at multitasking, bleh.

I just injured my right foot last Friday. Did some cycling on Tuesday and it made it worse.

Just consult a doctor, may have to skip all gym session for this week.

I have a question that i could not find the answer through the search...
maybe i did not enter the correct key word...

I hit the True Fitness Gym for the first day today under a 30 days trail period which only cost me RM29. They arrange me a Personal Trainer and i did the following:

1. Treadmil
2. Cross Training
3. Push Up
4. Machine that Vibrates (Dont know what this call)
5. Free Weight on to of the machine

Did not exercise for the pass 8 years, so i was breathless.

The question is since I am new with all those GYM equipment, what should i so... there are so many out there and I dont even know how to use it except for treadmill and cross training..
Is there any sets or program guidelines that i can follow?
Really appreciate it if someone could point me to a thread that has all the answer.
