There's rumour stated that it will be both pre-order beta and open beta available. I remember reading it on Steam forum or something. Yet, it's not confirm as it's just rumours.

rm129 is a good price man. Much better than L4D1 (2 is more worth it imho) and MW2.

IMO, i think its not finalise yet....

if use hiqh quality sound and graphic, the size to download the beta will be too large....

just my 2 cent....

MW2 = guerilla warfare

BFB2 = Modern Warfare

Doesn't matter though. The game will be better than MW2

Bad Company 2's audio should be better than MW2, well actually those beta video are all from PS3 footage and recorded by cam-recorder or so. And DICE is really good with audio/sound effects and famous with their new Frostbite engine.

Btw, I haven't even mention about the "War tapes" option they came out in PS3 beta, like many others, I didn't notice it there.

I find BFBC2 have better graphics and weapon sounds.

The weapon models is a bit crap compared to MW2.MW2's weapon models just look fantastic.

weapon model from beta is brought from BC1 with stripped down skins to keep the download small. in the latest update, DICE have announced that the weapon models in the fullgame is much better and polised with better skins.

Maybe the weapon sounds are hard to hear. Graphics I find MW2's to be amazing... and their weapon models. I love the TAR but the M4 this time is a bit meh.

I find the way the weapons are held in 1st person a little funky, too high or something.

Old news maybe but I find the teamwork here good.

indeed, BC2 requires u to stick around your squadmates to stay alive. medics can revive u when u're down, so it's more efficient than waiting to respawn while your teammates are getting killed.

the whole rock-paper-scissor system have been polished more than BC1. there are 4 classes, but now each class can perform multiple roles depending on which kit configuration u chose. so u can work and compliment your squadmates better.

can you survive playing alone? well, yes, but very unlikely against a squad who's working together. if u see a squad of 4 guys running together, take out the medic first. but if u see a squad of 4 medics running together, u gonna wish u had a tank
