Looks damn good.

Really look forward again.

As usual,EA shows their specialty again, the sound in the footage is amazing.I love the effect when there is a bomb blow up near you.

BFBC2 Day One MP Advantage in CE version of BFBC2:

Four vehicle warfare unlocks

* Improved Vehicle Armor - An up-armor package is mounted on all vehicle types, decreasing the effect of both explosive and penetrating warheads, significantly improving vehicle survivability.
* Supreme Vehicle Firepower - Additional weapon packages are mounted for the driver of all armored vehicles, greatly expanding the range of targets the vehicle can successfully engage and destroy.
* Vehicle Motion Sensor - Use this electronics warfare package to locate enemy units in direct proximity to the vehicle.
* Tracer Dart Pistol - This magnetic dart attaches to any vehicle surface, allowing squad members to track, lock on, and fire rockets onto moving targets even beyond line of sight.

Two classic Battlefield 1943 weapons

* M1A1 Submachine Gun - Reliable but heavy this classic weapon is a powerful force in the hands of any Battlefield veteran.
* M1911 Pistol - Highly customized M1911 are favored for its dependability and the power of its large .45 caliber round.

i see a low confidence here. hav u ever played the other battlefield series?
*
I played BF1942 excessively back then.Mostly in CCs where you get like 40 men war or something.Freaking epic and fun.Played a bit of Vietnam but didnt like it at all.Missed BF2 where is suppose to be the best BF ever.Damn tempted to buy it from Steam now.

Im not gonna put high confidence on PC games now as most companies are looking for money and breaking the promise after a while.Money do the talking now,not the community.

I dont want to feel cheated again like what happen to MW2.

cant really say. 2 months ago there were still singaporean server for bf2 n 2142. aus server shld still be up.

i wld recommend 1942 n bf2.

bf2 is for urban combat. n since i saw alot of open land combat. like flat lands n stuff. bf1942 wld be the ideal one.
*
1942 would be hard to get now.

Im thinking of BF2 la,since it's easily available on Steam.I just hope the BF2 community is still active.

ah screw the specs u know why? coz consoles can play it. if consoles can play it, we can play it 2x better. if u hav a GTX series
*
You know,i dont have an Alienware like yours.

Thats the problem.

I only have a C2D 2.2GHz,8600M GT, and 3GB RAM.

Look no X behind the GT. tongue.gif It's not gonna run the game well,to be honest.Probably all low,if BFBC2 works.

Thats why i love MW2's requirements,as the recommended is about my rig's specs.

Yay,im more looking forward to the demo than the beta,as i really need to test my rig on this game before i buy.

This looks more like a proper MP game, but the beta is a bit short, though.

Yeah I agree and one thing I have learned from all the MW2 mess is always to listen the gaming community before you implementing something very drastic. Many people just can't accept change and they should know it since day one developing the game.
*
IW know it since Day 1,but they just do it,as if it's for lulz.Or whatever reason we dont know, but i prefer to take that as trolling.Epic troll.Especially Robert Bowling,as what he says so far does take lots of balls to pull it off.Not just 2.

What i learnt from the MW2 pile of bullshit is,never have high expectations in any upcoming game.Let it be an indie game like Natural Selection 2 to Mass Effect 2,especially Starcraft 2, i have almost zero expectations.I dont want to have that same disappointment again i had when IW says no dedicated servers.

BFBC2 seems more like playing CoH on first person level.

Everything is destructible.

Question. Dedicated servers?
*
Yeap,they are in,even consoles.

QUOTE(azarimy @ Nov 21 2009, 04:10 AM)
ok, i ran 2 rounds with my friends. it was awesome. it's visually brilliant, a lot better than BFBC 1. one of the highlight of COD4 and MW2 is the realism of it - it's like people have been living in that area before the battle started. this is what lacking in BFBC 1, but made up by its destructive environment.

this time around, BFBC 2 also have the realism of COD4 and MW2, and even cranked it up a notch. now it looks as beautiful as COD4/MW2, but with fully destructible environment. now we can really have fun.

the beta includes some basic experience accumulation and leveling up. there are tons of things to add on apart from the basic kit. i havent even begun to discover everything yet. u can also customize ur kit and be able to expand and specialize based on how u play.

few things different from BFBC1:

i. bullet drop. yes, now u gotta compensate for gravity biggrin.gif

ii. weapon recoil. it's the one crucial thing missing from BFBC 1, but now it makes it hard for those who spray and those who burst will win.

iii. snipers can maintain scope, but cant autoreload.

iv. clips are shorter. so no more 60bullet clips. but i think there's gonna be unlocks for longer clips.

v. RPG seems to be slower and harder to aim, but have bigger splash damage.

vi. u only carry 1 grenade.

vii. motion sensors arent really that good/reliable.

more to come.
*
Nice.

Pretty much what i want.

Isnt it bullet drop is in BF since BF2 or something?

medic

this is probably the most fun. u run in a squad of 4, and u revive each fallen teammate. awesome. we were laughing like crazy. it really does create a strong sense of teamwork. but there's not much else u can do with it.
*
I think i'll enjoy this role. And also as a tank driver.

Can you customise your weapon load out like CoD4?
