i agreed with wodenus. Coffee to make us hungry, so we taking more consumption than normal.. tats y turning fatter..

now i drink 4-5 cups per day.. but for working days onli.. im not addicted at all. why i say so? coz i wont feel headache if i dun take it. i normally consume it on weekdays and stop on weekend.. juz make sure u all drink more water lar.

but, i heard that some1 get to replace green tea out of coffee. u might giv it a try!
