Source please?I have found studies indicated that drinking more than 7 cups of coffee per day can lower type 2 diabetes by 0.5 times compared with less than 2 cups per day. I have to admit their findings shocked me initially, especially when they couldn't provide the exact reason for it. Even so, you have to take other factors into consideration, for example family heredity of diabetes and etc.
