you mean like they actually ship to within malaysia eh? so, they ship it from USA to malaysia? or they ship from malaysia apple store to my address? since the price in Apple Online Store is more or less the same as the price selling by the resellers here, some more can do engraving, why dont people order from Apple Online Store?

I don't think they ship from US, but from S'pore instead if you order from Apple online store Malaysia website. It takes days for the item to reach I guess that's why ppl prefer purchasing from the store, you also get to try the item on the spot before purchasing, which is smth you can't do purchasing on9, besides, not everyone would like to engrave their iPod xD Sometimes, apple premium shop do gv some freebies when you purchase the iPod.

I'm interested in purchasing an iPod Touch but I'm a bit confused with the generation thing... I read that there's this iPod Touch 1st gen, 2nd gen, now is 3rd gen right?

How do I differentiate the generations?

I've been browsing through Apple's Malaysia Online Store and I only saw 3 models of iPod Touch; 8GB, 32GB and 64GB... I don't know which generations are they...

What's the difference between the 8GB model and the 32/64 GB model? As fas as I see, the only difference is in the storage capacity (obviously), earphones and performance... Any other differences which make the 32/64GB model better than the 8GB one?

Definitely not 1st gen coz 1st gen doesn't hv bluetooth. Nobody will know whether it's 2nd or 3rd gen from those description. Why don't you buy from Apple authorized shop since the price is the same.
