Hi forumers... I'm new in this section of Lowyat, 'duo duo ji jiao'...

I'm interested in purchasing an iPod Touch but I'm a bit confused with the generation thing... I read that there's this iPod Touch 1st gen, 2nd gen, now is 3rd gen right?

How do I differentiate the generations?

I've been browsing through Apple's Malaysia Online Store and I only saw 3 models of iPod Touch; 8GB, 32GB and 64GB... I don't know which generations are they...

What's the difference between the 8GB model and the 32/64 GB model? As fas as I see, the only difference is in the storage capacity (obviously), earphones and performance... Any other differences which make the 32/64GB model better than the 8GB one?
