QUOTE(cactuscch @ Aug 5 2009, 05:00 PM) new n82 user here, need some help. the 'abc123' passkey should only be valid when connecting to the bluetooth dongle. have u tried the default passkey (0000) ?I bought a USB bluetooth dongle for my desktop PC to transfer file from and to my N82, while adding device, i accidentally select 'passkey' and key in abc123. Now even when my colleague BT something to me, they need my authentication. Unfortunately, my colleague SE phone (non-smartphone) can only key in numbers (not letter), so I can't allow BT connection eventhough I have told them my passkey bcoz they can't key in abc. How can I remove the passkey in N82? |

QUOTE(todak @ Aug 7 2009, 11:02 AM) Hi guys, new N82 user here on Digi. A couple of questions: 1) The number should be saved by default in ur sim card. U can check at1. I tried to reply to a sms today and the phone asked me to put Message Centre Number. What is that...? 2. is there any way to increase the sound volume of the people talking to you on the phone on loudspeaker mode? Thanks. Messaging > Options > Settings > Text Msgs > Msg Centers to see if it has been entered or not 2)You can see the up/down key on the side of the phone. If it is already max, then nth u can do. |

QUOTE(lucaswjk @ Aug 7 2009, 09:35 PM) No need update firmware for this... if u really need, u can hard reset it but if is battery connector problem, then phone should not be able to switch on in the first place?Hard Reset (Backup all data first) 1. Switch off phone 2. Press the following button>> Green, *, 3 and Power button 3. Release after you saw the Nokia Hand Splash Screen btw i think your battery or the battery connector is the cause of your problem |

Just came in the mail today...
my package from AceCombat: my replacement battery for my ori nokia batt. after 1.5years, the batt is starting to die. i can hv it fully charged in the morning, but around 5pm, it will show low batt. that's even on standby mode! Sun Global brand, 'Business Battery'. For NOK N81/6MT ![]() Close up of 1800mah ![]() So, my instructions are to go for full discharge, then charge continuously for more than 12 hours. QUOTE(ulwan25 @ Aug 12 2009, 07:01 PM) misunderstood'd you. i didn't say n78 kicks n82. yeah, n78 was great 4 snappin pictures but for night and colour vibrance? meh.. sample pics would be nice another misunderstood post i dun know if my n82 had problems or not. it seems like the camera is focusing more on the center, thus making the side picture more blurry. and i always have this random blurness witch the bar turns green, but still blurry. i don't know. many people say n82 focusing sensor were, bad i might say. me n78 seems captured nice focused picture but very bad at night with its noise. or me n82 do really have that pnyakit B1N1 aaa? |
