some plasma has buzzing sound... even in early days... so it depends on model..

yeah.. was reading the review on 8500 samsung LCD... still can't fight the best plasmas around..

it;s like got faint ghost image on the screen while the TV is showing other images..

the serious case is when you go to the older ATM machines with CRT screen (curve screen) then you can see the bank logo even after the screen already changed...

actually tested 1 whole month leaving in 4:3 mode watching astro around 6-8 hours a day.... on a samsung 1024x768 panel biggrin.gif

when switched back to "smart stretch/justify" mode, got IR for few days then back to normal.. very hard to get burn in..

It should work out fine for video, internally will adjust the video, unless u feeding it xga 4:3 signal - am just guessing for the xga part cos dun hav x10 only got s10.

yeah have to check carefully, they sometimes stick the red sticker on the LCD/Plasma frame to advertise the advantage of plasma etc.... but the sticker refering to plasma even though it's LCD model.. LOL..
