I'm under 18 and somehow I managed to get an unverified Paypal account. My questions are:

1) Is there any VISA debit card that can withdraw/verify Paypal account and does not have age requirement?
2) I noticed that we can buy funds from others. But is there a limit for unverified account?

1) Debit card , well you can apply with it with consent from your parents. Public Bank offers it , but you need to have an account with them before you can apply for Debit card. MOL prepaid mastercard does work but I am not sure if it works for PayPal. TuneMoney Visa debit also works fine

9) Limited Exposure
For security purpose, the Card Account is a separate account from the Savings and/or Current Account/s. Therefore, if the Card is ever lost or stolen, the financial risk is strictly just on the balance in the Card Account. The funds residing in the Deposit Account/s would not be affected as there is no direct linkage.

Minimum age requirement: 12 years old

Supplementary Applicant’s), and
• Photostat copy of your Work Permit/Student Pass (for Non-Malaysian only).
• Photostat copy of your Parent’s/Guardian’s NRIC (both side) or Passport and Work Permit for
Non-Malaysian Parent/Guardian.
