what bothers me is why his dad can't pay on his behalf?????

Digi want the money only, not the registered person to be present.

even that's so, his OWN father (or mother or siblings) is not *valid* for payment?

no need to know the staff name: they REPRESENT Digi as a whole, not individually. They are the BRAND IMAGE to Digi when fronting customers. They are essentially the ESSENCE of why Digi is liked/hated.

if they are rude, means Digi is indirectly rude to us.

simply ask this: WHY payment cannot be paid by some1 else? On what ground/reason the Digi staff refuse to accept payment from the dad?

Let's say i'm filthy rich, kena 4D today, i going to Digi centre and say i want to pay all the customers' bills RIGHT NOW.

Digi refuse to accept my money????????? <-- Imagine Digi's CFO/CEO or Service Centre Head knows about this!! More money = more revenue! Don't tell me they have *enough* of revenue already?

now the incompetency of Digi's billing system angers me vmad.gif mad.gif

went to pay to Digi service centre 2 days ago. The rep told me they also can't check my bill. But the "unbilled amount" is RM30++ (forgot the actual value). So, i paid RM50 which is enough to cover it.

then in OCS now, i still owe RM1.10 because the actual bill amount is RM51.10! WTF!!!! vmad.gif


Added on July 31, 2009, 10:01 amcan't they just simply tell me which *actual* amount to pay?

i know the "unbilled amount" is those used after my billing date (12Jul).

but the Digi rep mentioned this amount as my *bill amount*!!

their existing billing system/infra is very old.

this downtime could be that ...

1) system breakdown recovery / fixing
2) changing/upgrading of system

I'm more inclined to suspect (1) because if (2), there would be big announcement here & there.


The CS that i went to pay my bill told me that Digi sent out SMS notification on this. But, I did not receive ANY sms from Digi 'bout this.

patience, bro. this will be ur last time having to deal with Maxis sh!t.

4 months ago, i ported out immediately to Digi after being frustrated with Maxis' incompetency in handling my request to change plan.

so far, 1 thing that i hate from DiGi is the stupidly slow bill generation.

My bill cycle is 12th, but til today i couldn't see my online itemised bill. There's a short summary of the amount to pay though, but i still want to see the itemised bill before making any payment.
