AS THERE IS NO CAPPED SYSTEM IN FREEBIES BALANCE@ BONUS, SO EVERY SMS, CALL, DATA WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM FREEBIES 1ST UNTIL IT IS DRIED , once ur main balance is touched, the capped system applied again.. stupid right.. i complaint but i cant prove as there is no proof in the freebies balance in itemization

if i take the person IC, can i change the owner like this?

if digi just need the ownership ic and write a letter to proof that he allowing to change owner to u.

i just realized, happy can transfer credit to digi but digi cant transfer to happy. not like before.

so if i'm the owner i onli nid the other person IC to change owner?

basically, they need both party to come. i dont think with bringing other ic will do. better call the service center.

if i m a prepaid user , and my prepaid still hav balance, and i want to convert to postpaid, can i carry forward my balance in prepaid to postpaid or the balance in prepaid will be burned jus like tat?

You need to have at least RM 50.00 in your prepaid balance. Don't worry, it will be rebated in your first bill.

ya have 50 plus plus, only 1st bil? since my sis thinking of converting to digi 30 , each month only rm30 then wat will happen to the 20+ balance ? will it still be carry forward for the month after?

If you use RM 40, then deduct RM 40.

so in Unbilled Transaction, i can't select 12 May - 12 Jun because it's more than 30 days!

come on, not all months have 30 days mah
