i will Q for 0.07 since it consider the lowest price for this counter some more the datuk purchase 10,000,000 share for second time already and the volume for 0.07 is really high 627806 so i assume the husband & wife is buying back at this price.

You had been had. The report you saw on Jun 3 announcement that Goh Tian Chuan bought 10 million shares is exactly the same as the May 27 announcement. He bought on May 20.

Added on June 4, 2009, 1:44 amThere were two reports on Mulpha Q1'09: The one released from the Stock Trading Hall under Announcement reported that Mulpha Q1'09 profit is Rm4.6mil or 0.39 sen per share. The one released by Bursa showed a Rm12 mil loss, or -1.02 sen per share. If Q1'09 is indeed a money losing quarter, then Mulpha has lost 3 quarters in a row. Yet, the market has rewarded a money losing concern with a 100% price surge from the March bottom. And it is trading above its NAV where many profitable counters are still trading below their NAV. Something like building a castle in the air. Good luck indeed!

but it's weird that Maybank Invest announcement give 2 notice, 1 on 27th of May, another on 3rd of June, that's why i taught he bought 2 times.

The owner is still holding 43% stocks .. dont think he want the comp to collapsed .. even other shareholder will buy back .. the only reason i see why he sell at lower price it may becasue he in debt with bank and bank force sell ..
