Very, very few people bought at 6.5 sen. Those who could afford to throw 20 million shares at 7 sens in seconds can't be foolish people. They couldn't be normal investors like you and me. Those kind of transactions are done by Market Maker to his own accounts. His purpose is to scare the Retail Investors into panic selling and create volume to keep the RI interested. Judging from some responses from this forum, I must admit the MM did succeed. Quite a few were frightened by it. The RI probably threw in another 20+ million shares to the crocodile mouth. Those poor RI, they lost money.

agreed.. that's what i meant.....those big croc has their own team... and most of them "borrow" the trading ground from TA/OSK and bla bla... they could easily transfer from account A to B until N.... to hide from SC and easily manipulate the volumn.

maybe they aren't using their name at all.
because if use their name they must report to Bursa

It might be another margin issue .. that resulted broker force sell .. we need to monitor the bursa annoucment ..

It might be the goh .. borrow more money and invest in other stocks . and the stocks down down and no choice .. he has to force sell the compugt share to cover ... but that is my prediction only .. worst thing ..

it is off market direct deal, means Goh's syndicate that accumulating shares using anonymous account before might be transferring the share to him.

But who sell the share ... And selling it will be to the buyer .. i dont thin they can pinpoint any buyer that they want to sell ...

nope, you can pin point which buyer you want to sell to for off market direct deal.
it's like the situation of "willing seller, willing buyer"

we don't know who is selling and who is buying, what we know is such off market direct deal exist and the price traded is 0.05.
i am holding my COMPUGT share at 0.08 for long term until the price rises back.
so assumption on what's the real meaning before this cheap (0.05) off market direct deal is all yours to make.

Please be patience, after Datuk Goh cabut from this company, the price will rise soon. Company got very strong business. Stay the course never give up.

If those people can monitoring this forum or any forum on the net....

Then they KNOW we won't give up easy... then sure they will drag the time longer? Correct?

After Datuk Goh cabut you all must follow cabut liao....!! Maybe this company canot expand or something happen adi, Datuk Gon not simply throw the share like this unless unnescessary issue happen.
Datuk Goh also is a big investor in Malaysia, try to ask your remiser to check his background. He very close with my boss.
Last time he is also one of the people to goreng Jotech(7104). He understand that if he still stay in Compugates also does have any big benefit return for him, nothing wrong if he throw the share.

You seem to have inside track on things. I must admit I don't know Datuk Goh. He seems to be a rich man. A current Executive Chairman of Jotech. A director of Repco once. Of particular, why did he sell Compugates? He bought 10 million Compugates shares on May 20 for 10 sen per shares. For a person of Datuk Goh's stature, surely he didn't just buy 10 million shares on speculative purposes like us ikan bilis. He had been a substantial shareholder of Compugates for some time. When he exited Compugates, he did it via back doors.

So Chuan80, since we cannot cabut via back door like Datuk Goh, perhaps, you may be kind enough to give us some solid information, apart from asking us to dump our shares to the croc's mouth. May be if you can give us more concrete info, we may just oblige and sell our shares.

If Datuk goh want to bring down the company , he can just sell the share direct to market .. public selling .. he holding not much share only 5% .. 1 and 1/2 days will able to sell everything .. but why he decided to do via back door .. this is to prevent the share price from further dropping .. and after the sales, he still holding more than 10.5million units = 4% from previous 5.5%

who know , he may create a scenario where he is diposed the share to someone else maybe the another goh via off market .... so when it scenario will create panic selling .. those who accumulate the share will be very happy .....

this is not the right time to speculate .. but it will be time to monitor the share ..... be patient ...

the cost to transfer from 1 hand to another hand for the 28mil share only cost not more than RM2K

like that also scared you off... RM2K can kill RM200K holder, not a bad deal tou... if you throw u gonna lose 10%-20%, that's RM20K++ tou...

RM2K can kill 50 ppl who holding RM200K... wah... RM1mil tou... 1% killed by doing 1 transfer...

anyway, the transfer is done for some other puspose, if you see the speed of flow, that guy who got it immediately sold it for the earning of RM0.7mil

he will tell the ppl, I earn it from Stock mah, MP cannot buy stock meh? who said?

I just know all the big boss are very rich, who care about the company now, unless the electronic products sale are boosting again. this company didn't showing any sign of growing, i just saw the downturn during the touch period. Take care.
