 creatine and whey, how much do i need

hi i'm planning to buy whey and creatine online. i know, some may recommend egonutritions online, but at same price, i could get strawberry flavor (yummy) and the creatine is certified vegan/kosher/halal.

ok, how long will 1KG creatine and 5Pounds of Whey last me ? I should take them after workout only right? Thanks sifu sifu notworthy.gif

1kg creatine can last you for few months assuming you take 5g daily...as for whey it depends on individuals...some only take whey on their workout day some take it everyday...but 5pounds can last you less than a month..as i said it depends...

yo mr.extreme, im newbie in this thing as well.
but imo, it depends on how many servings are u taking per day and the serving size..
they are most likely labeled on the bottle.
creatine, if u are taking creatine monohydrate... its normally 5g per serving , except loading phrase...
so you can have a rough image how many days it will last for you...
and whey servings are usually 20-30g per serving, depends on the product, you will need to have a look on the label..
and again it depends on how many serving u take.
whey serving u can take anytime u like.
creatine on the other hand, some ppl believed if taken before workout would boost your energy up. but it may cause dehydration during your workout if u dont drink water enough, so use it accordingly.
anyway, they are all should be labeled on the product.
